• Main contact to Gilat Technical Services team - all day-to-day technical activities including use of Report-A-Case system for case monitoring
• Hub and VSAT configuration - all day-to-day tasks requiring knowledge of installed software and hardware to match required configuration
• Traffic monitoring - provide input on network status
• System maintenance - execute all procedures to ensure network health
• Knowledge transfer - on-going "on-the-job" sessions ensuring the existing staff will be able to successfully manage the network once agreement is concluded
