Gilat's 1^st level repair and certification service provides these exact skills and procedures for repairing common failures and results in a fast hassle-free back-to-service solution with minimum expenses.

By training and certifying the technical team, clients will have the ability to fix most common VSAT malfunctions in a quick and efficient way. Given that repairs will be done "in-house" there are significant savings in time, inventory and in the hassles associated with the logistics of shipping or releasing replacement units from customs.

The 1^st level VSAT repair program includes:

• 3 full day training & certification course
• Buffer stock - free of charge (including power supplies, modules etc.)
