About Us

Technical Services is composed of two complementary groups, System Engineering and Technical Support.

  • Gilat's System Engineering team assists in designing networks based on the customer's needs and applications. The design may include integration with 3rd party vendors per the technical requirements of the project.
  • Gilat's Technical Support teams are responsible for installing the network baseband equipment at the hub and providing the customer with additional hands-on training following the installation. Technical Support will also assist the customer with on-going operations, maintenance, technical questions or any problems that might arise.
    The team is available 24/7, around the world, utilizing an organization structure consisting of Main Support Center (MSC), Regional Support Centers (RSC) and Local Support Centers (LSC).
    All customer cases are monitored and evaluated through the use of Report-A-Case web mechanism, accessible to all Gilat customers while under one of Gilat's warranty programs.
